New Year, New You, Pain Free.

Welcome 2017! Throughout this new year, Be Still Physical Therapy is here to help you become healthy and whole through traditional and alternative healing physical therapy practices. The human body is a complex work of art that is meant to be healthy and has the ability to restore itself. Our philosophy is to focus on the whole person, mind, and body to establish and treat the root cause of pain.

I’m Dr. Christy Trombley and I have 13 years of experience in the physical therapy field. After moving to Denver, I discovered a renewed passion through the study and use of both conventional and alternative techniques, which prompted me to start my own business focusing on craniosacral therapy, dry needling and the use of myofascial release developed by Dr. John F. Barnes.

I am so excited to share these holistic physical therapy techniques with you in 2017!

Are you suffering from acute body pain, chronic pain, headaches, TMJ/jaw pain, lower back pain, or an old sports injury? These are just a few of the ailments Be Still P.T. alleviates with alternative treatments backed by science and proven through my own patients’ positive experiences. Utilizing these holistic practices, allows the body to make the changes it needs from the inside out. This type of change is more easily integrated and more likely permanent as we are addressing the source of the dysfunction rather than the symptoms. When you treat the source of dysfunction this way, your body becomes more involved in its own healing process.

At Be Still P.T., it’s important to me that you learn to “be still” and tune into what your body is feeling in order to allow your body to heal itself. Let it do what it was meant to do! I am offering several workshops in 2017 that will give you the knowledge you need to promote self-treatment and resolution of your pain, healing, as well as provide you more information on Craniosacral Therapy, Dry Needling and Myofascial Release. which are all performed at Be Still P.T.,

Join me for a workshop in 2017:

  • January 28th, 10:30am

  • February 11th, 10:30am

  • February 27th, 7:30pm

Kick 2017 off in the best direction by learning how to create a new, pain-free you, through holistic physical therapy practice.
